  • Functional Consultant
    Location: Toronto, Ontario

    As a Functional Consultant you will be involved in all aspects of implementing a Workforce Management Solution. Responsibilities will include Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, System Configuration, Issue Analysis and Resolution, Testing, User Training, and creating Turnover Documentation. You will be relied upon to provide direction in making business critical decisions, managing customer expectations, driving project delivery by leveraging your expertise to ensure a successful client relationship

    Qualifications:
    • 2+ Years of project implementation experience with enterprise software products and applications
    • Experience with User Requirements gathering, including definition and analysis
    • Ability to perform Software Testing and Acceptance, including the development and maintenance of Test Plans and Use Cases
    • Experience performing an enterprise wide implementation of an n-tier web application
    • Knowledge of design, coding, installation and documentation of application software
    • Ability to troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions before problems arise
    • Strong understanding of Java based technologies, Relational Databases, and Application Servers
    • Undergraduate or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science or Software Engineering with relevant work experience preferred
    • Knowledge of time and attendance or Workforce management systems , such as Workbrain, Kronos, Cybershift, SAP, Oracle HRMS is an asset

  • Technical Consultant
    Location: Toronto, Ontario

    As a Technical Consultant you will be integral in developing the technical solutions required for a successful Workforce Management implementation. Responsibilities will include Technical Requirements Gathering, Technical Analysis and Design, Custom Code Development, Technical Documentation, Solution Testing and Troubleshooting. You will be tasked with ensuring that all of the technical solutions are created using Versult's best practices by providing forward looking solutions that not only meet the demands of today, but address future scalability, usability, and maintenance. You will also be relied upon to provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to project team members to ensure post implementation success

    Qualifications:
    • 2+ Years of Technical Consulting or development experience with enterprise software products and applications
    • Proven software development experience using Java based technologies with excellent programming skills
    • Solid understanding of Relational Databases, including database architectures and administration
    • Strong object oriented background with proven experience in n-tier development
    • Experience performing an enterprise wide implementation of an n-tier web application (including usage of Web and Application Servers)
    • Ability to create technical design specifications and turnover documentation
    • Ability to effectively communicate with clients on a day to day basis
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
    • Knowledge of time and attendance or Workforce management systems, such as Workbrain, Kronos, Cybershift, SAP, Oracle HRMS is an asset

  • Support Specialist
    Location: Toronto, Ontario

    As a Support Specialist you will use your extensive knowledge and troubleshooting expertise to provide industry leading support of a Workforce Management system. Responsibilities will include Issue Analysis and Resolution, Knowledge Transfer, Client Relationship Management, Go-live Readiness Analysis, and End User Training. You will be relied on to ensure that Versult's clients are successful post implementation by being the first point of contact on all reported issues and resolving them in a timely fashion. You will leverage your experience to ensure that Versult's clients continue to expand their own knowledge base by documenting and identifying proper procedures and best practices

    Qualifications:
    • 1+ years of Product/Client Support experience with a market leading enterprise application
    • Exceptional troubleshooting skills to deliver solutions/workarounds in a time sensitive environment
    • Strong Client Management skills, specifically in setting expectations, issue prioritization, and communicating resolutions
    • Strong understanding of Java based technologies, Relational Databases, and Application Servers
    • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred

  • Mobile Application Developer
    Location: Toronto, Ontario

    As a Software Application Developer you will be an integral part of our R&D team helping to bring creative business ideas to life. You will be working with the latest mobile SDKs on a variety of devices and platforms. You will be required to work on our existing enterprise mobile applications as well creating new applications using multiple software technologies. Successful candidates will be familiar with the latest tools and technologies and how to effectively use them to design mobile solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise clients

    Qualifications:
    • Proven software development experience using Java-based technologies with excellent programming skills and the ability to see all the moving parts in an enterprise application
    • Solid understanding of Relational Databases, SQL and embedded databases
    • Strong knowledge of Web Services and Service-Oriented Architecture
    • Experience using web based technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS and AJAX
    • Strong work ethics suitable for an Agile development team with the ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Familiarity and development experience with one or more of the following would be a strong asset:
    • RIM Java and Web Development Framework
    • Apple iPhone SDK and Development Framework
    • Google Android SDK and Development Framework
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
    • Knowledge of time and attendance or Workforce management systems, such as Workbrain, Kronos, Cybershift, SAP, Oracle HRMS is an asset
