Mobility Tools in Human

Mobile technology is one of the new frontiers for talent and workforce management. Organizations are starting to advertise jobs and manage candidate relationships by smart phone, perform scheduling shifts via text message, deliver multi-media learning on mobile devices, and update performance reviews from online portals accessed through handheld devices. With all of these new options, they will need to understand how to utilize these technologies in the most effective way to increase efficiency and address the needs of an increasingly dispersed and diverse workforce population.
